F5 is seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to lead the global expansion of our CxO Executive Engagement Program. This role will be instrumental in scaling the program across regions, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-impact executive experiences that position F5 as a thought leader in AI, cybersecurity, and application delivery. The person will drive this as a global initiative, integrating regional efforts into a unified global strategy that nurtures executive relationships, amplifies brand influence, and accelerates business outcomes.

The successful candidate will


• Lead the global rollout of the CxO Executive Engagement Program, including roundtables, summits, podcasts, and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with TVP, revenue marketing leaders and field teams to localize and scale program elements while maintaining brand and messaging consistency.
• Define and segment global CxO audiences by industry, region, and account size.
• Develop and manage global GTM plans that align regional activities with corporate strategy and OGEE milestones.
• Create and maintain standardized project management, playbooks, templates, and best practices for regional execution.
• Oversee the development and deployment of creative assets, messaging frameworks, and event kits, working closely with the GTM team
• Partner with Office of the Field CTOs (OFTO), Revenue Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Product, GTM teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for regional program leads, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Define and track shared KPIs across regions, including CXO engagement, advocacy, conversion rates, and revenue influence.
• Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future engagements.
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility.
• Expand live event engagement into “always-on” digital experiences, including content hubs, email nurtures, gamification, and online communities.
• Maintain a global CxO community database as well as plan for a regular cadence of engagement working closely with the theatre mktg program leads and the OFTO.
• Collaborate with content creators and analysts to produce strategic podcast episodes and thought leadership assets.

We are looking for someone that has advanced expertise and exercises considerable latitude to determine objectives and to develop effective solutions to guide the successful completion of complex assignments independently.

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple geographies or industry segments, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with regional and field sales leaders to inform marketing plans, messaging, and account targeting.
• Drive performance reviews across campaigns, adjusting strategies based on pipeline data, win/loss insights, and customer engagement metrics.
• Champion adoption of marketing automation, ABM, and analytics tools across the team to improve personalization and ROI tracking.
• Foster collaboration across marketing functions (e.g., demand gen, content, brand, creative) to deliver cohesive and impactful programs.


What you will bring:

• 18-20 years experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, or executive engagement programs.
• Proven success in scaling global marketing or engagement programs across regions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with executive-level communications and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.

The annual base pay for this position is: $123,200.00 - $184,800.00
