About the role

Accredible are seeking to appoint an experienced Account Executive for our growing organization. In this role, you will join a robust team responsible for driving new business. Reporting to our Director of Sales; you will play an integral part of a larger sales team, responsible for meeting company objectives by achieving and exceeding sales quotas, whilst building fundamental relationships with our customers and partners.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Role Based:

  • Experience in owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Selling to the SMB and/or Mid-market - transactional sales with an AOV of $5k-$25k and a short sales cycle.
  • Ability to optimize sales tools such as SalesForce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc. This includes precisely forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • Well-versed with innovative techniques to successfully develop outbound plans, conduct targeted outbound prospecting, and pipelining.
  • Uncover needs, determine customer fit, and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within your targets.
  • Experienced with SaaS platforms.
  • Presentation Skills. You confidently deliver an engaging message, either by phone or in person, to C-level decision makers, to achieve your objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Driving revenue, engagement and new customer acquisition.
  • Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Moving leads through the sales funnel, following a structured process to close deals.
  • Exceeding quarterly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team.
  • Researching, preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Understand our product, market and competitors.
