We're looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping new customers successfully adopt Accredible, ensuring they realise value quickly and become confident users of our platform.

💻 What you’ll be doing

- Managing the onboarding and activation process for new customers, ensuring they are operational on the Accredible platform within agreed SLAs
- Delivering customer training, hosting webinars, and creating platform education content where appropriate
- Acting as a trusted adviser, helping customers maximise the value they receive from Accredible during onboarding and expansion phases.
- Tracking customer performance, understanding business needs, and providing effective solutions
- Partnering closely with Account Managers to identify opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and increased platform adoption
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across their organisations
- Becoming a product expert and confidently advising customers on best practices and industry trends
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers achieve successful outcomes and long-term engagement

👀 What we’re looking for
Role Based:
- Experience in an implementation focused role in a Saas or tech solution role.
- Customer centric focus in being able to translate the customer business problem into Accredible solutions.
- Analytical thinking - being able to deep dive into customer issues, product and data to pull out key issues, trends and present holistic overviews.
- Proactive self starter - Being part of a fully remote, global team will mean there are times your team or specific stakeholders will not be online. This will mean that you will need to make sure you will sometimes not be able to wait on that person to log in but will need to do everything within your realm of responsibility and not wait on the relevant stakeholders. You will need to be comfortable exploring out of the box solutions as well as leveraging relationships and skills to solve for your customers and not wait for someone to give you the go-ahead.
- Solutions driven - Focusing on solutions and not the problems are at the very core the most important criteria to meet for this role. We need to understand the problem but make sure we are looking at it with a solutions focus.
