Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You'll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building lasting client relationships, and expanding Axya’s presence across the manufacturing industry.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales who is passionate about consultative selling and scaling enterprise partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Define and execute effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand our enterprise customer base.
- Proactively generate outbound leads—individually and in collaboration with the Sales Development and Marketing teams.
- Manage inbound leads, assess fit, and drive them through the sales pipeline.
Opportunity Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with prospects and clients.
- Manage pipeline and sales forecasts with accuracy and consistency.
Account Management
- Maximize customer retention by ensuring client success and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding the footprint within existing accounts.
Develop tailored account strategies to drive long-term growth and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within a complex or technical sales environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience working with international clients or enterprise-level accounts is a strong asset.
