Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support advanced analytics initiatives, supplier intelligence

projects, and company-driven reporting needs. The role combines structured data analysis,

RFQ scoring optimization, dashboard creation, and cross-functional project coordination. The

analyst will work closely with AI and implementation teams to deliver high-impact insights across

Companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier & Spend Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of company procurement data, including supplier grouping and segmentation.
• Perform structured supplier analysis across multiple companies.
• Identify patterns, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights from procurement datasets.

2. Company Reporting & Yearly Recap

• Lead data analysis for annual activity recap reporting across companies.
• Prepare structured summaries and performance analytics for internal and external presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting outputs.

3. RFQ Scoring & Optimization

• Run the RFQ Quality Scoring Engine on company datasets.
• Analyze scoring results and identify improvement areas.
• Design and propose optimized RFQ templates based on analytical findings.

4. Dashboarding & Urgent Analytics

• Deliver ad hoc internal analytics requests from companies
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards for reporting and monitoring.
• Provide rapid turnaround data insights for urgent business needs.

5. AI & Automation Collaboration●

• Provide limited support to the AI PO Parser initiative as time allows.
• Coordinate with the Copilot project lead, while managing related project tracking (tasks and timelines).
• Ensure alignment between analytics outputs and AI implementation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in data analysis (PostgreSQL, Python, Matplotlib, Pandas, Excel or
• similar tools).
• Experience working with procurement, supplier, or RFQ datasets is a strong asset.
• Dashboard creation experience (Grafana, Metabase or similar BI tools).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle urgent requests.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Structured project coordination skills (task tracking, timeline management).
• Experience in scripting on Python and knowledge of Django.
• Strong ability to identify patterns, correlations, root causes, and optimization
• opportunities within complex datasets.
