What You’ll Do
• Help our customers through live chat, ticketing, and Discord, ensuring they get the most out of Botpress.
• Create educational content (videos, guides, and tutorials) to empower users.
• Assist sales and partnerships teams by creating demos, solutions, and presentations.
• Prototype and build small applications using Botpress to showcase AI automation in action.
• Collaborate with partners and integrations to develop high-value use cases.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to share customer feedback and improve our platform.
Who You Are
• Tech-savvy – You don’t need to have worked as a software engineer (that's a plus), but you should be comfortable with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• A great communicator – You enjoy helping people and can explain technical concepts in a simple way.
• Problem-solver – You love digging into challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Self-starter – You take ownership of tasks and are always looking to improve things.
• Eager to learn – You’re curious about AI and excited to work with cutting-edge technology.

• Background in STEM (or equivalent technical experience).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Some experience with customer support, technical support, or sales engineering.
• Comfortable writing code (Typescript is a plus).
• Familiarity with APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, SaaS, or tech company) is a plus.
