About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to support the execution and optimization of B2B and B2C marketing efforts across North America, Mexico and Central America, supporting Busbud Group’s full range of solutions – including our marketplace, e-commerce platform, IMS SaaS, and more.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and a solid grasp of digital campaign workflows and ecommerce. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regional marketing lead and Commercial teams to help manage data, support campaigns, and maintain performance tracking across multiple channels.

Location: Remote, based in Mexico, Full time Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist in communication with external partners (operators, agencies, etc.)
  • Support operational follow-up of marketing campaigns (asset coordination, scheduling, QA)
  • Help monitor marketing campaign performance and surface insights or red flags
  • Build and maintain basic marketing campaign reports (e.g., reach, clicks, conversions across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amplitude and others)
  • Assist in executing newsletter/email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Compile and organize commercial data to support ongoing analysis and reporting
  • Assist commercial teams with light data preparation (extracting account-level insights, generating client-facing summaries or visualizations) and similar ad hoc requests as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • 1–2+ years experience in a marketing, or campaign ops role
  • Comfortable creating performance reports using basic metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
  • Previous work with social media
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Looker for tracking and interpreting data and marketing insights.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Good organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working remotely with async communication

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker)
  • Experience working with North American or LATAM markets
  • Previous work with B2B software, travel, or mobility brands
