About Us
Circle Medical is the fastest growing telemedicine provider in the US and has seen incredible growth of over 200% per year in each of the previous two years. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), to join the Product team.
As a Senior Product Manager - RCM, you will work cross-functionality with our design, engineering, compliance, and finance teams to support world-class payer-patient and payer-provider systems. You will create new and improve existing tools and help refine processes in order to impact key metrics such as monthly recurring revenue, customer NPS, and regulatory requirements. This role reports directly to the Head of Product.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) involving both telehealth and brick-and-mortar clinics.
- Align the product strategy with overarching Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Track and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with internal teams.
- Market Research and Prioritization:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand patient, provider, and payer needs.
- Prioritize features and development efforts based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaboratively closely with engineers, finance, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Manage compliance & payer relationships, including >26 States and regulatory bodies.
- Be the interface between patient, provider, and payer UX, enabled through technology.
- Financial Performance and Compliance:
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of RCM capabilities.
- Ensure products are profitable while adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Identify and manage risks related to compliance and financial aspects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced technology company.
- 2+ years of experience working in RCM, healthcare, or a highly regulated industry.
- University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent degree.
- Comfortable with productivity tools like G Suite, Looker, and Notion.
- Familiarity with development tools like Figma and GitHub.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE
- Proven track record with other high-growth or VC-funded startups.
- Experience growing revenue >20% YoY.
- Direct experience working with insurers, payers, or formularies in the United States.
Compensation
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 USD plus generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
