The DevOps team at HUMAN is responsible for a production platform that handles hundreds of thousands to millions of requests per second with a strict response time limitation and high availability. This is a critical system presenting endless infrastructure engineering challenges.
We run tens of thousands of nodes on a multi-region cloud environment, and we put a big emphasis on performance, efficiency, and FinOps.

We’re looking for a strong DevOps engineer with a proven record on Kubernetes and one of the major cloud vendors alongside technologies like Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis, MongoDB.

An ideal candidate is someone passionate and tech-savvy, a true combination of a strong DevOps engineer and a team player.

What you'll do:

• Help to Modernize our globally distributed huge scale infrastructure.

• Monitor critical production systems, and help identify root causes and issues.

• Have a key impact on the performance of our entire system, reaching millions of users every second.

Who you are:

• 4+ years experience in DevOps / software engineering

• Tech savvy (must)

• One of the following (must):

  • Deep Kubernetes experience.

  • Extensive Kafka / Mongo / Redis / ElasticSearch experience.

  • Deep programming experience in one of the following Go / JVM.

• Strong systems engineering and architecture design background.

• Experience with IaC.

• Experience with CI/CD.

• Experience with one of the major cloud vendors AWS / GCP / Azure.

• Strong ability to review designs with a sharp eye for details.

• Strong ownership capability , that also upholds a clear and thorough definition of done.

• High level English.
