The base pay range for this position can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.

HUMAN Security is looking for a Vice President, Global Partnerships & Alliances to lead the evolution of our global partner and alliances ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this executive will own the strategy and execution for how HUMAN expands through partnerships of all types—resellers, technology alliances, media and agency partners, global and regional systems integrators (SIs/GSIs), managed service providers, cloud platforms, and emerging strategic collaborators.

The VP, Partnerships & Alliances will define how HUMAN engages with partners to unlock new go-to-market strategies, develop alternative revenue streams, and enable deeper product integrations. This leader will shape the long-term vision for HUMAN’s partner landscape while driving measurable revenue and advancing larger strategic initiatives.

You’ll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to pursue joint opportunities and setting the strategic direction that aligns HUMAN, our partners, and the broader market ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and measure a comprehensive Partnerships & Alliances strategy aligned to HUMAN’s business objectives and growth targets.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow new strategic relationships spanning resellers, technology alliances, media and agency partners, SIs/GSIs, MSSPs/MSPs, CSPs, and other ecosystem players.

  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling motions, and market expansion through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product integrations, joint offerings, and differentiated partner solutions.

  • Create and scale programs that generate alternative revenue approaches — such as cloud marketplace routes, bundled offerings, and service-led partnerships.

  • Nurture and expand existing strategic relationships, balancing short-term revenue impact with long-term strategic value.

  • Partner closely with HUMAN’s Sales organization to accelerate pipeline, extend coverage, and deliver predictable partner-sourced revenue.

  • Build and operationalize partner enablement to ensure technical readiness, sales effectiveness, and strong execution globally.

  • Represent HUMAN externally at partner summits, industry forums, and key market events to strengthen alliances and amplify HUMAN’s brand.

  • Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing Partnerships & Alliances team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Who You Are

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Strategic Business Development, ideally in cybersecurity, enterprise software, media and advertising ecosystems, or adjacent technology markets.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling diverse partner ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue and strategic impact.

  • Deep understanding of partner models across resellers, SIs/GSIs, MSPs/MSSPs, cloud marketplaces, technology alliances, and media agencies..

  • Experience developing and executing global partner programs and joint go-to-market strategies.

  • Skilled at managing product integration partnerships and ecosystem-level collaboration.

  • Demonstrated success leading diverse, high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, development, and results.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

  • Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline; able to set a compelling vision while driving execution.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner and industry engagements.
