The Opportunity: Convey new and complex concepts into simple, understandable and engaging content.

We’re looking to hear from knowledge specialist with the skills to produce effective guides, procedures, and specifications that will connect with all audiences starting with end-customers to skilled technical workers.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather information from domain experts, and cross-department stakeholders to inform end users, professional trades and integration partners.
• Synthesize, translate technical content to produce, informative, accurate, compliant, and visually compelling content.
• Write, illustrate, publish and maintain best-in-class product documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5+ year experience in a technical/content writer role
• Previous experience in software development, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering
• Advanced technical writing skills with attention to detail
• Relevant references of implemented work
