dcbel at the leading edge of the residential energy revolution, enabling decentralized energy consumption and production through its vertically integrated suite of energy hardware and software products, and their supporting infrastructure. Our flagship product, the dcbel Home Energy Station, is a small wall mounted device that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and home, unlocking their EV’s battery for backup power (V2H), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, backup battery and the grid.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the CMO, the Content Lead is the strategic driver of all brand and performance content initiatives across digital platforms and formats. This individual leads the development and execution of content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. They are an expert in storytelling, audience segmentation, content funnel development, and performance measurement. This role collaborates closely with public relations, performance marketing, business development, customer experience, IT, and HR to align content with broader campaign direction and business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the content strategy across all digital touchpoints (web, email, social, paid media, etc.).
- Lead the creation of high-impact content that supports brand storytelling, product marketing, and sales enablement.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, engagement, and conversion across the funnel.
- Manage internal and external content creators, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and quality.
- Use data and analytics to measure content performance and inform future strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure content supports business goals.
- Stay ahead of content trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate.
Key requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Management or related field.
- 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- In-depth understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and their functionalities.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and third party developers.
- Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics Sales Enterprise, Marketing and support modules, in particular, working with tables, forms and fields. Creation of business processes/rules.
- Managing work in Jira
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Automations and Pages
