The individual must be an excellent communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and someone who is a quick learner that thrives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers for payment information based on aging and resolve issues blocking payment
• Follow up frequently for payment commitments and log information
• Identify collection concerns and reconciliation issues that require escalation and escalate to Manager/Supervisor
• Accurately research collection histories of new and existing customers
• Perform reconciliations of accounts for problem resolution
• Work effectively with other departments and customers as required to resolve outstanding issues
