Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent in the Greater Boston area, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties, and will provide expertise in local market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating offers, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding clients through the real estate process. This role also involves building client relationships and maintaining knowledge about the latest market developments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, sales, and negotiation
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Experience with property marketing strategies, including digital tools
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software platforms and technology
• State licensure as a Real Estate Agent is required
