Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-facing role - comfortable speaking to clients on the phone and in person
• Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always-changing startup environment
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission, independent contractor role
  

What You Need:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work at least 5-6 days a week during busy season (March - September)
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain Leasing License within 30 days of hire
• Familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods and housing trends
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Ability to start as soon as possible and hit the ground running!
