  • Sell the organization’s products and services to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Web Technology companies, while maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
  • Identify and qualify both short-term and long-term business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats.
  • Manage and develop key partner relationships, facilitating executive-level engagement between customers, F5, and its partners.
  • Define market strategies and goals for each product and service, aligning them with the strategic objectives of assigned accounts.
  • Lead the coordination of account strategies and sales tactics across internal teams, including inside sales, systems engineering, and sales management.
  • Take full ownership of accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating deep knowledge of the sales cycle—from initial contact through procurement—and ensure Salesforce is regularly and appropriately updated.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account profiles, including organizational charts, to be reviewed quarterly by management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Conduct proactive, in-person sales engagements with customers
