The Vendor Enablement Specialist will own and process vendor enrollment transactions using the Coupa platform. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for vendor onboarding, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Legal, Digital (IT) and Cybersecurity teams, as well as ongoing communication with vendors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies. The successful candidate will gather and maintain accurate vendor data, proactively identify areas for process improvements, and support system enhancements to optimize procurement operations. As an ambassador for the Procurement department, the role will be also looked upon for providing guidance and direction to internal and external partners, with focus on maintaining compliance with corporate policies.
