About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions for our EMEA organization. You'll partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines and market insights, and help us proactively source and attract top talent in competitive markets.
What You'll Do
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across our engineering and sales teams.
· Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels
· Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends
· Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
· Negotiate offers and create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
· Promote and represent our F5 brand and opportunities to candidates
· Maintain ATS documentation and provide regular pipeline and reporting updates
What You'll Bring
· Demonstrated full-cycle EMEA recruiting experience across either engineering/niche technical hiring and technical specialist sales roles
· Proven track record proactively sourcing, qualifying, shortlisting and hiring diverse talent across multiple functions and EMEA locations
· Strong knowledge of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Experience with applicant tracking systems
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
· Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and continuous improvement
Contract Details
· Duration: 6 months FTE
· Location: Chertsey, Surrey, UK [Hybrid / On-site] preferred
