This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, directing general inquiries from employees, vendors and clients. This person is also responsible for maintaining any and all badge access requests. The ideal candidate will create a positive, welcoming environment for F5 clients and guests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism when providing assistance to other F5 employees/business units. The candidate must be able to multitask in an environment with frequent interruptions. A positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and provide customer service for all employees, visitors and guests, in a polite and helpful manner
  • Manage and maintain onsite security processes as defined by GWS guidelines, including, but not limited to:
    • The creation of temporary/contractor/FTE badges, access adjustments
    • Troubleshooting and verifying requests for additional permissions
    • Overseeing visitor security access card distribution and retrieval process
  • Enter in 3rd party vendor tickets regarding onsite issues or requests
    • Coordinate and communicate scheduling of all work
    • Provide manual access to spaces requiring hard-keys, as necessary
    • Conduct walkthroughs of work areas to verify scope and/completed work
  • Appropriately route all incoming/outgoing mail and packages from couriers, as needed
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the Shipping & Receiving area
    • Process, schedule and track Fed Ex label and freight requests, as necessary
    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the Shipping & Receiving area
  • Manage and maintain the appearance of all conference/collaboration rooms and event spaces
    • Manage the appearance of common areas and break rooms
  • Perform AM/PM daily rounds of hotel desks, meeting spaces and kitchens
  • Order all offices supplies, as dictated by the receptionist
  • Manage and maintain space planning, floor plans and MAC work
  • Assign and prioritize SNOW tickets to the correct team members
  • Manage all GWS escalations (c-suite requests, employee escalations, HR requests)
  • Own and coordinate event management process from start to finish
  • Manage Lenel software (building security) and update security schedule(s), as necessary
  • Create, update, maintain and enforce all operational SOP’s

Other Responsibilities:

  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The annual base pay for this position is: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
