  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed functional design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials customized for end-users and super-users in the supported regions.

  • Production Support & Issue Resolution: Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for Oracle Financials, troubleshoot complex issues related to configurations, data, and regional processes, and manage the resolution process with technical teams.

  • Strong functional understanding of core financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and end-to-end finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P).

  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex financial business requirements and scalable, technical configurations within the Oracle system.

  • Experience with period-end close processes and system dependencies within a global enterprise environment.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across geographical boundaries and organizational levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
