Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to join our Sales & Revenue Operations Team as a Sales Analytics Partner III. In this strategic and data-driven role, you will support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Sales Organization, helping drive actionable insights, optimize sales performance, and align regional strategies with the unique dynamics of the EMEA theater. This position also includes leveraging external data sources to provide analysis on key topics such as regulations, data sovereignty, and compliance, which are critical insights for a technology company operating in this region. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical expertise, strategic understanding of regional differences, and the ability to translate nuanced data challenges into impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics and Insight Generation:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance across the EMEA region at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals.
- Analyze pipeline trends, regional sales data, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights specifically tailored to EMEA business dynamics.
- Incorporate external factors such as regulatory landscapes and market nuances into reporting to guide strategic decision-making.
Advanced Reporting and Operational Analytics for EMEA:
- Design and optimize sales territories in EMEA using data-driven approaches based on customer data, market opportunity, geopolitical trends, and regional performance.
- Collaborate with EMEA sales leadership to align quota plans and target-setting processes with revenue objectives and regional market potential.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in EMEA sales performance, providing innovative, data-backed solutions to address challenges.
Data Regulations and Regional Considerations:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate insights into analysis regarding topics such as GDPR, DORA, NIS2, data localization, and other EMEA-specific regulations.
- Design reporting methodologies that align with both global standards and EMEA-specific legal and compliance frameworks.
Data Integrity and Governance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across CRM systems, territory planning tools, and reporting platforms, with special attention to regional compliance requirements in EMEA.
- Develop methodologies for clean, efficient reporting that adhere to EMEA data standards and processes.
Strategic Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment (EMEA Focus):
- Partner with EMEA sales leadership, finance, and marketing teams to align on strategic priorities and performance goals specific to Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform territory design, forecasting accuracy, revenue growth initiatives, and technology adaptation for the EMEA theater.
- Serve as a thought leader in shaping EMEA-specific sales strategies and metrics that align with the company’s broader global priorities.
Additional Duties:
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to and uphold the company’s Business Code of Ethics, ensuring accountability and prompt reporting of potential violations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics, including building reports and dashboards, working with large datasets, and uncovering actionable insights tailored to EMEA markets.
- Proficient in Tableau or other data visualization tools (minimum 3+ years of experience preferred).
- Deep knowledge of EMEA-specific sales processes, including forecasting in diverse markets, regional performance tracking, and cost modeling.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, data sovereignty, and data localization policies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce executive-ready recommendations and insights, including integrating external geopolitical, socioeconomic, and compliance-related data into analyses.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and advanced reporting features.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and other sales support tools, with a focus on regional adaptations for EMEA.
- Knowledge of quota setting, incentive compensation models, and Enterprise GTM strategies specific to EMEA markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex and regionally specific findings clearly.
- Organized with a proven ability to work under deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with leveraging external data sources and tools to analyze EMEA market trends and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-driven sales operations, analytics, or financial analysis role, with EMEA theater experience preferred.
- Background supporting Enterprise Sales or operating in a technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with regional regulatory frameworks, advanced analytics methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
