Overview
F5 is accelerating how our Sales and Marketing organizations work by scaling adoption of AI-powered productivity tools and strengthening the internal systems, processes, and ways of working that support modern go-to-market execution. This individual contributor role designs and delivers enablement that drives measurable adoption, proficiency, and day-to-day behavior change across frontline users and managers.
You will create practical, role-based enablement, inclusive of onboarding, learning paths, playbooks, job aids, demos, office hours, and user support.
This role will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, WW Sales Enablement, and Digital to help the Revenue organization confidently use AI tools and ensure that any new capabilities and ways of working land effectively into the field.
Primary Responsibilities
AI Tools Enablement
- Own the enablement strategy and rollout plan for AI tools used across the Revenue organization, including onboarding journeys, ongoing learning paths, and change management.
- Translate AI capabilities into role-based use cases and repeatable workflows (e.g., post-call follow-up/admin support, information consolidation, onboarding acceleration, coaching workflows).
- Develop enablement assets: quick-starts, job aids, demos, FAQs, templates, and scenario-based learning. [
- Run adoption motions such as launches, office hours, champions programs, and feedback loops; provide day-to-day user support to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value.
Internal Systems & Process Enablement
- Enable field and operations teams on internal systems and tools, processes, and quarterly operating cadence.
- Create and maintain role-based documentation and training that helps users execute end-to-end workflows accurately and efficiently (with clear “why,” “how,” and “what’s changed”).
- Partner with system owners and process owners to ensure enablement content reflects the current, approved ways of working and reduce reliance on unwritten institutional knowledge.
- Work closely with process improvement and automation team to reduce the number of manual activities and shrink the time spent entering or updating data.
Program Management & Measurement
- Build and manage a quarterly enablement roadmap aligned to GTM priorities, release schedules, and stakeholder needs.
- Define and track adoption and proficiency metrics (activation, usage, completion, self-service success, ticket deflection, cycle-time reduction where measurable) and provide executive-ready readouts.
- Establish a scalable intake model to prioritize enablement requests and align delivery to highest-impact initiatives.
- Partner closely with tool owners to ensure that training plans are developed and ready prior to major release milestones or new capabilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive behavior change through enablement (not just training delivery): onboarding, playbooks, reinforcement, office hours, and practical user support.
- Strong communication skills (clear writing, structured storytelling, and facilitation for live sessions).
- Program management capability: roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and crisp execution.
- Analytical mindset: ability to define adoption/proficiency measures, interpret signals, and iterate enablement accordingly.
- Experience enabling AI productivity workflows in a revenue org.
- Familiarity with enterprise knowledge and data ecosystems that power revenue workflows (e.g., CRM + knowledge repositories + analytics platforms) and how those affect user experience.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, GTM systems/process enablement.
- Experience working with CRM, knowledge systems, workflow automation, and AI productivity platforms
