Job Title: Account Executive, Tier 2

Location: West Coast, USA

Salary Band: $130,000-$150,000 (Base Salary)

About the role: Eltropy is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients across the West Coast in the United States. In this role, you will generate new business, close deals, and manage executive-level relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-growth SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quota, and ranking among the top performers. Experience managing mid-market accounts and selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions – particularly credit unions and community banks – is highly preferred. You will be responsible for winning new customers, expanding existing accounts, and building long-term, profitable relationships within your assigned territory. We thrive on face-to-face connections with our customers. To foster those relationships, you’ll need to travel approximately 50% each quarter.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Target and sell to top credit unions across the United States.
  • Manage your territory by prospecting new accounts, developing strategic account plans, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Expand existing relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advance deals through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and negotiate complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Eltropy teams to ensure customer success and smooth implementation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, delivering measurable results.
  • Develop deep industry expertise in financial services and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen positioning.
  • Represent Eltropy at industry events and through thought leadership to expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years selling into financial institutions or within the contact center/customer experience software space.
  • Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in-person channels.
  • A dynamic team player who thrives on solving problems and quickly turning insights into action.
  • Driven, ambitious, and unstoppable, with a competitive spirit that fuels success and exceeds goals.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% each quarter.
