We are looking for an energetic HR Generalist with strong Talent Acquisition experience to support end-to-end hiring and core HR operations for our India teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people ops with fast-paced tech hiring and wants to grow in a product-led SaaS environment.
Requirements
Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles (Engineering, Product, Sales, CS, Marketing)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success criteria
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
Manage screening, interviews, coordination, and candidate communication
Drive offer rollouts, negotiation support, and joining closures
Maintain ATS data, hiring metrics, and recruitment dashboards
HR Generalist
Manage onboarding and complete employee lifecycle activities (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits)
Assist in HR policy implementation, handbook adherence, and statutory compliance
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, HR guidance, and issue resolution
Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities
Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers
Apply research and analytical thinking to HR decision-making, process improvements, and policy enhancements
3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist + Talent Acquisition roles
Prior experience hiring for tech/SaaS/product companies preferred
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Hands-on experience with ATS and HR tools (GreytHR, Skill2Talent, Zoho)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
