We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead and elevate our people function. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategy, enhancing the overall employee experience, and enabling business growth within a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Requirements
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategy with overall business goals
Influence decision-making on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building
Drive organizational effectiveness by proactively identifying and addressing talent and structural gaps
Own and lead end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across functions
Build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping
Strengthen employer brand to position the organization as a top talent destination
Ensure seamless onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire productivity and integration
Lead and continuously enhance performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles
Embed a high-performance culture through structured goal setting, continuous feedback, and coaching
Partner with business leaders to ensure objective, data-driven, and fair performance evaluations
Drive capability development initiatives aligned with business priorities
Architect and execute engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative workplace
Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and well-being
Act as a culture custodian, reinforcing organizational values and driving a strong sense of belonging
Oversee and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational excellence
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal governance standards
Manage the complete employee lifecycle with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
Identify current and future skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions
Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and upskilling across the organization
Partner on compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and pay equity initiatives
Lead performance-linked reward and incentive programs
Collaborate on benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and employee value proposition
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or startup environments
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, talent management, and HR operations
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS platforms (GreytHR and Zoho preferred) and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
