You will be the bridge that connects our omnichannel marketing organization and cross functional experts. You will shape the future of how the function and brand approach retail marketing in a forward thinking and disruptive way. This is an existing moment as the brand continues to rapidly expand it;s retail footprint globally. This role will be fundamental to Mejuri’s continued growth and success.
As the Manager of Retail Integrated Marketing at Mejuri, you will play a vital role in driving traffic to our stores, enhancing the in-store experience, and effectively promoting new store openings. Your focus will be creating a retail strategy that delivers on driving awareness and connection to the brand narrative, creating an engaging community events program, helping to develop and amplify our in store experiences and overseeing a brand and data informed NSO strategy. To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong understanding of marketing impact on retail traffic, and be able to action store and market insights.What you’ll do:
Retail Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing strategy that aligns with Mejuri's overall brand objectives and supports the company's growth plans.
- Identify target markets, consumer behaviors, and trends to create strategies that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Retail teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.
- Develop insight and a clear POV to maximize curated consumer journeys to retail
In-Store Marketing Initiatives:
- Oversee the development and execution of in-store marketing campaigns and initiatives that create an engaging and personalized shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising teams to create captivating window displays and in-store visuals that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive foot traffic.
- Leverage customer insights and data to optimize in-store marketing efforts and enhance customer loyalty and conversion rates.
- Lean into in store services to build them into brand experiences
Community Development:
- Develop a process to elevate and efficiently execute local events with store managers
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and key community partners to drive awareness, generate excitement, and increase foot traffic to Mejuri stores.
- Collaborate with the PR and Social Media teams to leverage community content for brand promotion across various channels.
New Store Openings:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for new store openings, ensuring successful launches and driving awareness and foot traffic to these locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of pre-launch activities, including PR, advertising, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of new store openings, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Traffic to stores
- Predictability in retail revenue forecasting

What you bring to the team:
- Proven experience in retail marketing
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends, consumer behaviour, and brand marketing strategies
- Demonstrated experience in creating compelling in-store marketing activities, window displays, and community programs
- Experience in launching and promoting new store openings
- Proven track record in developing impactful brand planning and execution
