As the Enterprise Implementation Project Manager, you will lead enterprise implementation delivery for MindBridge’s initial wave of strategic customers. You will own the implementation plan from sales handoff through go-live and formal transition to Customer Success, ensuring projects are delivered with rigor, predictability, and a high-quality customer experience.

This is a delivery leadership role focused on execution, governance, and cross-functional orchestration. You will manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, communications, and executive visibility across internal teams and customer stakeholders. You will partner closely with Implementation Advisors, Forward Deployed Process Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Technical/Success resources, Support, Product, and Account teams to ensure customers achieve first value quickly and sustainably.

You are not the primary solution architect, ongoing customer success owner, or support escalation lead. You are the implementation quarterback: accountable for delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful transition into long-term value realization.

What You Will Do

Lead Enterprise Implementation Delivery

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle from internal handoff through kickoff, design coordination, execution, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans that define scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
  • Drive predictable implementation execution across multiple concurrent enterprise customers.
  • Maintain clear control of scope, schedule, and change requests while protecting customer outcomes and internal capacity.
  • Establish and enforce implementation governance, meeting cadence, status reporting, RAID logs, and action tracking.

Drive Time-to-Value and Go-Live Readiness

  • Align implementation plans to customer objectives, success criteria, and first-value milestones.
  • Ensure customer and internal teams are prepared for each project phase, including discovery, data readiness, configuration, validation, UAT, training, and production launch.
  • Coordinate go-live readiness reviews and ensure required technical, business, security, and operational criteria are met before launch.
  • Proactively identify delivery blockers and drive mitigation plans to keep implementations on track.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution

  • Serve as the primary delivery point of coordination across Sales, Services, Product, Support, Customer Success, and partner resources.
  • Partner with Implementation Advisors and technical specialists to sequence solution design, data workstreams, and testing activities appropriately.
  • Ensure customer stakeholders understand responsibilities, timelines, decisions required, and risks to successful delivery.
  • Escalate effectively when projects are at risk and drive timely decisions with the right internal and external leaders.

Build a Scalable Enterprise Implementation Motion

  • Help define and refine MindBridge’s enterprise implementation playbooks, templates, governance standards, and operating rhythms.
  • Create repeatable frameworks for kickoff, status reporting, risk management, change control, executive updates, go-live readiness, and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Identify process gaps, resource bottlenecks, and recurring implementation failure points, then propose improvements to increase consistency and scale.
  • Contribute to implementation capacity planning and help improve forecasting for upcoming delivery demand.

Ensure High-Quality Customer Transitions

  • Drive clean handoffs from pre-sales to implementation by validating scope, assumptions, customer responsibilities, and readiness inputs.
  • Lead formal transition into post-go-live ownership, ensuring Customer Success receives complete implementation history, open risks, milestones achieved, and next-step recommendations.
  • Support a strong customer experience by setting clear expectations, maintaining transparency, and ensuring no ambiguity around ownership during implementation.

What You Bring

  • Proven success leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations in a client-facing delivery role.
  • Strong project and program management discipline, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, fast-changing environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing data-heavy or integration-heavy implementations involving ERP, financial systems, or enterprise IT stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment and delivery instinct; you know when to push, when to escalate, and when to protect scope.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate equally well with project teams, senior customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • High accountability, strong follow-through, and the ability to create structure where it does not yet exist.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, consulting, technical project management, or enterprise delivery roles.
  • 3+ years managing complex customer-facing software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing projects involving data integration, business process change, or enterprise application deployment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP environments, financial systems, or audit/finance workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and executive escalations across matrixed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in audit, accounting, finance transformation, financial systems, or risk/compliance technology.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working with implementation methodologies in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, flat-file ingestion, APIs, or enterprise data validation processes.
  • Experience working with partners or SI-led delivery models.
  • Experience helping build or scale implementation processes, templates, and governance for a growing SaaS organization.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel as required for key customer milestones, executive meetings, or go-live events.
  • Willingness to support customers across time zones when needed during critical implementation phases.
  • Background check eligibility.
