Leaning on more than a decade of vertical integration of quantum hardware, we are leveraging a comprehensive pool of quantum technology and micro-electronic infrastructure to deploy our quantum computing technology.
Our current needs
We are scaling our activities alongside our quantum processors. In this effort, we are looking to structure and continuously improve our day-to-day operation within our laboratories. The lab manager will be evolving inside our dynamic team of quantum experimentalists, assisting and coordinating day-to-day operations.
The position consists of managing all the equipment and resources in the labs and coordinating with other entities to prepare for the growth of the company within new infrastructures. On the technical side, this includes developing solutions to reduce the footprint of our equipment, improving existing microwave setups, and designing new ones. We are looking for someone capable of designing assemblies, ordering and tracking necessary equipment and components, and willing to assist the quantum experimentalist with innovative ideas to improve our methods.
3+ years experience working in a laboratory or similar environments
Experience with microwave setups and off-the-shelf components
Proven ability to coordinate, track and manage equipment in multiple locations
Proven experience in designing test benches and experimental setups
Ability to plan for future needs in terms of equipment, and components
Ability to coordinate and deal with different stakeholders, including infrastructure coordinators and facility users as well as external vendors and providers
Experience with CAD design
Experience in working with microwave characterization setups in cryogenic environment - Experience in designing assemblies for cryogenic environment
Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, KiCad, or similar software
Experience with redesigning systems and setup with compactness and efficiency in mind
Highly organized self-motivated person
Creative and critical-thinking mindset, willing to continuously improve the work environment - Strong team player with ability to blend in an interdisciplinary team
Desire to share and advance knowledge and methods among the team
