About Nord Quantique: interdisciplinary team building quantum processors to reduce errors in quantum computation. Our current needs: seeking a skilled Electromagnetic Designer to contribute to next-generation high-performance quantum processors. Responsibilities include EM simulations, EM structure design, developing computational tools, cross-functional integration, and design validation/performance analysis. Education/experience: PhD or equivalent industry experience in EE/Physics/related, 5+ years in EM design/finite-element simulations, experience in quantum hardware design and superconducting microwave circuits, proven industry R&D track record. Sought expertise: deep EM theory/microwave engineering, EM simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, PALACE), computational modeling and Python, understanding loss mechanisms/material properties in superconducting devices, HPC/automation familiarity, advanced English; French intermediate an asset.
