Foster a respectful, collaborative environment. Mentor, recruit, and develop skills. Lead and coordinate initiatives aligned with roadmap and other teams’ needs. Define and drive strategic vision for scaling software. Interface with external partners/consultants.Education/experience: Master’s in CS/Software Eng/Physics/related. 8+ years leading software projects in R&D/industry. 3+ years quantum-adjacent software. Experience maturing products from prototype to deployed solutions.Sought expertise: Understanding of quantum computing software stack; scalable/maintainable system design and modern architecture; Python; fluent in English; intermediate French an asset.Sought profile: Prioritization and allocation of resources; collaboration across disciplines; build/mentor/lead teams; communicate Nord Quantique’s vision; empathetic leadership; clear inclusive communication; manage multiple projects; maintain high-level vision of software stack; commitment to advancing quantum computing.Salary: 166 000$ – 205 000$.
