Lead experimental campaigns pushing hardware capabilities and deepen scientific understanding; develop new methods and hardware with theory, design, and experimental teams.Responsibilities: Define, lead, and manage experimental campaigns. Perform measurements to benchmark QEC and gate performance. Implement novel QEC codes and gate schemes with Theory. Generate and validate calibration routines. Analyze data and provide feedback to EM Design and Theory.Education/experience: PhD in experimental physics (quantum computing, superconducting circuits or related); 1–5 years industry (including postdoc).Sought expertise: Led experimental campaigns; Circuit QED; RF and pulsed measurement of qubits; advanced English; bosonic codes (asset); practical understanding of QEC (asset); familiarity with designing superconducting circuits (asset); gate calibration/benchmarking (asset); Python/git (asset); intermediate French (asset).
