Our current needs: senior experimentalist to lead campaigns delivering roadmap thrusts; deepen understanding; develop methods/hardware in close interaction with theory/design/experimental teams; mentor team members. Responsibilities: define/lead/manage campaigns; benchmark QEC and gates; implement codes/gate schemes; propose/generate/validate calibrations; analyze data; mentor. Education/experience: PhD in experimental physics (QC, superconducting circuits or related); minimum 5 years industry (incl. postdoc). Sought expertise: delivered experimental campaigns; circuit QED; practical QEC; Python/git; advanced English; bosonic codes, superconducting circuit design, gate calibration/benchmarking, intermediate French as assets.
