The role The Recruiter will support the execution and continuous improvement of Nord Quantique’s hiring processes. Working in close collaboration with the Head of talent acquisition and HR team, the candidate will:- Manage the end-to-end coordination of recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and process tracking.- Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams- Support hiring and technical teams by ensuring that interview processes are structured, documented, and seamlessly tracked.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS and recruitment tools.- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and documentation.- Support sourcing activities, with an increasing focus on outbound sourcing and pipeline development over time.- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives, in collaboration with the talent acquisition team and Marketing when required.- Act as a key operational partner to reduce the recruitment load on technical teams. Education and experience requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, science, engineering, or any related field.- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or technology-driven environments.- Experience supporting or managing recruitment processes in a structured and fast-paced environment.- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.- Experience recruiting for technical roles is strongly preferred. Quantum computing recruitment experience is an asset.- Experience in deep-tech or research-driven environments is an asset. Sought expertise and knowledge: - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.- Familiarity with technical recruiting environments and the ability to understand hiring needs across engineering, research and support roles.- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including outbound sourcing methods.- Ability to manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting tools.- Understanding of structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks.- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.- Bilingual English/French is preferred.
