Our current needs: lead talent acquisition to scale recruiting capabilities; design/operate recruiting engine; collaborate with technical leadership; build/mentor recruiting team; establish scalable practices/tools. Responsibilities: build and lead TA team; operate structured recruiting engine; manage processes/streams and systems; partner with leaders for workforce planning; define/improve processes; develop sourcing pipelines; coordinate employer branding; monitor performance and drive improvements; ensure collaboration with HR Ops/onboarding. Education/experience: Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Psych/Engineering or related; 8+ years TA (tech/R&D preferred); 3+ years leading/mentoring teams; strong technical recruiting background; experience scaling recruiting and working with technical leadership. Sought expertise: modern TA strategies/methodologies; structured hiring processes; sourcing pipelines; ATS/analytics; deep-tech recruiting dynamics; English fluent; French an asset.
