Responsibilities: end-to-end coordination (scheduling, follow-ups, tracking); candidate experience; primary candidate point of contact; structure/track interview processes; maintain ATS data; improve process/docs; support sourcing; participate in events; reduce recruitment load on technical teams. Education/experience: Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Psych/science/engineering or related; 3–6 years recruitment (technical preferred); structured fast-paced process experience; ATS/tools experience; technical recruiting preferred; deep-tech/research environments an asset. Sought expertise: recruitment process/lifecycle, technical recruiting familiarity, sourcing techniques, data/reporting, structured interviews, ATS/tools; bilingual English/French preferred.
