Our current needs: take ownership of design/construction of current facility projects; define/plan/execute future facilities/expansions; act as technical/engineering lead managing external firms/partners; align projects with operations, regulations, budget, and long-term objectives. Future needs: evolve into infrastructure/capacity planning; anticipate future operational needs and ensure scalable facility concepts. Responsibilities: interface with internal teams/external firms/contractors; translate business needs into facility requirements; align with leadership on strategy/investments; provide technical assessments/risk evaluations/status; ensure cross-team coordination. Education/experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related; 6–9 years in facility development/engineering PM/construction supervision; experience managing external firms; overseeing multi-disciplinary projects. Sought expertise: facility design/construction principles; multi-disciplinary engineering; review/approve external deliverables; capital project management (scope/budget/schedule/risk); contractor management/tendering/change control; risk mitigation; codes/standards; act as technical authority.
