The team’s mission is to design, develop and maintain the critical software that enables the development and operation of Nord Quantique’s quantum computers.Responsibilities include: lead and support the day-to-day work of the Software team; foster a motivating and collaborative environment; support team growth; lead and coordinate software development initiatives aligned with the roadmap; define and drive strategic vision for scaling software; interface with external partners.Education and experience requirements: Master’s in CS/software engineering/Physics or related; 8+ years leading software development projects; 3+ years in quantum-adjacent software development.Salary: 166 000$ – 205 000$.
