Our current needs: seeking a Head of Software Platform to lead the evolution of Nord Quantique’s foundational software systems, infrastructure, and tooling across multiple teams, aligning with the company’s roadmap in a rapidly evolving R&D environment. Keys responsibilities: lead a growing Software Platform organization; empower technical leaders; define and drive platform vision; align priorities and execution; establish scalable practices; support recruitment and mentorship; collaborate with partners.
