Aligns platform strategy with company roadmap, scales org/processes, empowers team leads, manages collaborations. Education: Master’s in CS/Software/Physics or related; 8+ years leading software initiatives in R&D/deep-tech; multi-team leadership and scaling experience. Salary: $200 000 – $245 000.
