Our current needs: build a new Quantum System Validation team to ensure logical performance is preserved as systems scale; seeking an experimental physicist/engineer experienced in quantum systems and cryogenic experiments. Keys responsibilities: define and execute system-level validation; characterize performance under variability; perform long-duration stability and drift measurements; support system bring-up; validate calibration workflows and orchestration; contribute to failure analysis; develop automated validation; analyze data.
