Our current needs: leader with a strong experimental track record in superconducting circuits to start and grow the Quantum Control & Calibration team, developing high-fidelity control primitives and calibration strategies for next-generation logical performance. Keys responsibilities: lead day-to-day team work; define and manage experimental campaigns; mentor and grow the team; own primitive gate schemes and calibration standards; provide feedback to EM Design and Theory teams; represent NQ at conferences.
