Establish software engineering standards; ensure reproducibility, traceability, versioning; drive benchmarking/HPC usage planning; mentor contributors. Requirements: PhD/MSc or equivalent experience; 7+ years in computational EM/scientific software/RF or quantum hardware design; strong Python and team leadership. Salary: $167 000 – $194 000.
