Leads development of scalable, validated simulation backends for bosonic quantum error correction; defines technical roadmap; develops/validates numerical methods (tensor networks, logical-level models, rare-event sampling); shapes architecture of simulation codebase; mentors team. Education: PhD in physics/applied math/CS or equivalent; 3+ years post-graduate experience; deep expertise in one specialization; strong programming and HPC frameworks. Salary: $150,000 – $180,000.
