We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented Project Manager who will excel at the intersection of strategic management and operational execution. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Products, you will be the conductor of our technology deployments, ensuring an exceptional client experience, from post-sale to commissioning.

As the main point of contact between our clients and our multidisciplinary teams, you are the guarantor of every project's success and client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities include strategic planning, where you will define the milestones, resources, and processes necessary for the successful deployment of our solution. You will ensure internal and external coordination, serving as the essential link between the Sales, Operations, Supply Chain teams, and our clients. In terms of integration management, you will oversee quality control, manage budgets, schedules, and risks for simultaneous deployments. A crucial dimension of field expertise is also required. You will support clients during site visits, installation, and commissioning, which necessitates occasional on-site involvement. Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the client experience, while preparing and validating the technical documentation, progress reports, and project deliverables.

We are looking for a proactive, technical, and results-oriented project leader, passionate about achieving optimal client satisfaction.

What you will do :

Define milestones, resources, and processes required to ensure the successful deployment of our lighting solutions.

Serve as the essential link between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and our clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee quality monitoring, manage budgets, timelines, and risks for simultaneous deployments within a high-growth environment.

Support clients during site visits, installation, and commissioning (requires occasional hands-on involvement in the field).

Prepare, validate, and present technical documentation, progress reports, and project deliverables.

Actively contribute to optimizing internal processes related to project management and client satisfaction.


The essential skills to join our team :

A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager.

Technical diploma in Engineering or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Be solution-oriented, capable of anticipating challenges and proposing concrete action plans to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.

Proficiency in spoken and written French and English is essential.

Must be willing to travel regularly for site visits and critical deployments (both within Canada and internationally).

Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport.

Able to perform certain physical tasks and work at heights occasionally.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization, with clients and suppliers.

This position is a replacement contract related to a parental leave starting immediately and ending on December 31, 2027. This contract is renewable based on operational needs and performance.
