  • Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.

  • Coordinating with external vendors to ensure compliance with technical-legal requirements according to the standards set by relevant regulations, as well as for repairs or extraordinary maintenance that must be carried out by certified external companies.

  • Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance, safety, or regulatory compliance issues.

  • Managing quotations/budgets and resources for facility maintenance and improvement activities, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues and proactively resolving any problems that arise.

  • Maintaining records of maintenance operations, repairs, inspections, and other aspects related to facility management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in MEP engineering or similar technical background

  • Demonstrable experience in similar roles

  • Solid knowledge of facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electricity, fire safety, as well as their requirements according to local regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with different levels of staff and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Relevant certifications in facility management, health and safety, or related areas will be considered favorably.

We also have great benefits to make your life easier so you can focus on what you’re best at:
