We are looking for someone who breathes hospitality operations and is energized by the opportunity to maximize, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver an amazing Sonder guest experience. The Opportunity:

  • Lead high-visibility, cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing financial performance, guest experience, and operational efficiency, from concept to EMEA-wide implementation

  • Support city teams by identifying areas for improvement and escalating needs to central functions

  • Project manage the implementation of new global or EMEA-wide programs

  • Structure and prepare content for high-impact meetings

  • Identify and track key OKRs and relevant performance metrics

Who we look for:

  • Experience in strategy, project management, or analytics. Preferred background in top-tier strategy consulting, high-tech companies, or a strategic role within hospitality firms

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to collect, integrate, and utilize data from various sources to address complex business issues

  • Proven track record of delivering large, impactful projects with measurable results

  • A strategic yet hands-on thinker who can both recommend approaches and assist operational teams with implementation

  • Knowledge of financial statements is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google applications and Excel; knowledge of SQL is advantageous

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline required

  • English is essential and proficiency in other languages a bonus
