About the Role

As part of our growing Finance team, the FP&A Analyst will play a key role in building scalable processes, reporting, and insights to support data-driven decision making in a fast-growing technology company. You will support forecasting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling efforts that help the business scale and prepare for investor expectations.

You will work closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Director of Finance to support planning cycles, operational reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Financial Forecasting & Planning

• Support the preparation of monthly forecasts & annual budgets.

• Maintain and update forecast models with current business inputs.
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly KPIs and dashboards for executive leadership.

• Build and maintain automated reports and visualizations in BI tools.

• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and help identify drivers.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages.

Operational Finance Support

• Develop financial analysis for business cases, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

• Support headcount planning and departmental budget ownership.

• Partner with Accounting during monthly close to ensure completeness of accruals and GL coding.

Investor & Strategic Finance Support

• Contribute to board materials and investor reporting packages.

• Participate in scenario modeling for growth, hiring, pricing, and strategic planning.

• Assist with due diligence materials for potential fundraising or M&A activity.

Process & Systems Improvement

• Support finance automation initiatives across reporting, data flows, and planning tools.

• Help design scalable processes for data validation, reporting, and forecasting.

• Drive continuous improvement in accuracy, speed, and clarity of financial insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and collaborate across departments.
