JOB SUMMARY

The Website Marketing Manager has is accountable for all aspects of Higher Logic’s website and will manage our web development agency and prioritize initiatives amongst a cross-functional group of Higher Logic team members. Responsibilities include conversion rate optimization, SEO, UX, performance analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Oversee day-to-day enhancements to improve the user experience and performance. Audit content on the website to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant to visitors. Partner with key stakeholders on updates.
  • Have a passion for analytics, constantly reviewing performance dashboards to uncover insights and recommend site adjustments as needed. Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (Demand Gen, Product, HR) to align business needs with website development and optimization.
  • Manage our web development agency and website-related projects.
  • Ensure Higherlogic.com can be found online by staying up to date on changes to search and new ways to be found online.
  • Create and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Collaborate with content creators to ensure the content plan supports SEO strategy.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to identify and maintain MarTech integrations with the website (e.g. Qualified) that improve performance and the visitors’ experience.
  • Support the marketing team with landing page templates.
  • Support CRO initiatives by conducting research, A/B testing, and analysis to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry updates, including changes to search, new SERP opportunities, website best practices and new ways to be found online.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Experience in website management, SEO, or related field. Experience managing a B2B website is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a SEO specialist/manager or similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g. Wordpress) and web best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Problem solving skills and a curious mindset are important
  • Strong analytic skills required
