Job Description

Are you a passionate operator with a knack for cross-team collaboration and leading global programs? Vention is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed Partner Relationship & Program Manager to spearhead strategic Vention Automation Partner programs, governance, and overall execution. This role will drive partner activation at scale and help enable partner-led demand generation across multiple Vention partners. You will lead efforts to recruit, onboard and enable new and existing partners to achieve growth objectives with Ventions Channel. Playing a pivotal role in this fast-growing business, you will define, test, and scale best-in-class customer experiences across owned programs. You will establish standards, processes, and guardrails to ensure continuous optimization and improvement, and drive the launch of new programs/initiatives to enhance the partner experience. Moreover, you will be accountable for program performance, tracking and analyzing key metrics such as recruitment, engagement, attributed pipeline, and Voice of the Partner in this high-impact, high-visibility role.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in building and optimizing high-performing, scalable partner programs. They should excel at both strategic thinking (generating bold, innovative ideas) and tactical execution (building, managing self-service platforms, analyzing data, removing blockers). Top-tier problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous environments are essential for this role.

Key job responsibilities & experience needed to succeed

  • Own end-to-end scalable programs, partner recruitment, onboarding and enablement, governance, and execution.

  • Actively recruit new partners aligned with the program strategy and ultimately grow channel revenue

  • Develop and improve the partner onboarding experience and content to ensure mutual success

  • Create partner enablement material (technical and commercial), and conduct training to partners

  • Organize and conduct working sessions with partners to further their skills on the Vention platform

  • Establish guardrails, processes, and mechanisms to ensure high-quality programs and performance

  • Build a global framework for partner activation/inclusion into scalable programs (inclusive of all partner types starting with Systems Integration and in time leading to VARs, Alliances and Distributors).

  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to define roadmaps, design, test, and implement innovative customer experiences across scalable programs.

  • Evaluate regional growth opportunities, partner needs, and action into campaign frameworks and program pilots to support partner-led demand generation.

  • Track and analyze critical performance metrics like recruitment, engagement, pipeline creation and bookings.

  • Act as the main point of contact for Vention's North American Partners, manage account mapping, and develop & deliver partner-specific go-to-market (GTM) plans

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, enablement, product and leadership to identify and develop meaningful partner relationships to drive revenue streams for Vention

  • Identify & research new partner opportunities, communicate Vention's vision & value proposition, and determine if a partnership will drive joint value

  • Onboard new partners - facilitate brand alignment, sales enablement, training, and product familiarization

  • Collaborate with partners to deliver joint value propositions for their services and to identify how Vention is the solution for their customers

  • Define co-marketing strategies and deliver ‘better together' marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline activities

  • Support the development of new partner capabilities, and evaluate ROI by measuring the end-to-end impact of the partner experience

  • Use SFDC & PowerBI to track metrics, meetings, and messaging performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Partner management experience

  • 3+ years operating in the manufacturing sector

  • Proven experience as a self starter, with a can do attitude and high degree of energy

  • Strong intellect with unmatched curiosity

  • Confident in an entrepreneurial environment where things change and experimentation is common

  • Strong data analytics toolkit and proven ability to realize complex analysis

  • Driven, durable and ambitious
