This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary role focused on delivering real customer applications, requiring the ability to bridge software, robotics, and automation hardware.

The ideal candidate thrives in open-ended problem spaces, takes strong ownership from concept through deployment, and communicates effectively with both technical teams and customers

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and integrate robotic and automation systems for client applications
  • Develop and maintain software and automation logic, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable implementations
  • Contribute to Python-based tools, scripts, or services used for automation, testing, configuration, or system orchestration
  • Collaborate using GitHub for version control, code reviews, and issue tracking
  • Support installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of machines and production systems
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across software, electrical, and mechanical boundaries
  • Work closely with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and system architecture

    • GitHub (version control, collaboration workflows)
    • Good software engineering practices (modular code, debugging, documentation)
  • Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems or electromechanical systems
  • Comfortable working in Linux-based environments or embedded/industrial systems

Nice to Have
